i use a program called aquadock. you can get the program here [[link] just copy the png or ico files in the icon folder of aquadock in program files. [usually in C:/Program Files/Aquadock/Icons/] then right click the itunes icon in your dock, customize and replace the icons.

if using in desktop, right click the icon, properties, customize and chang icon.

hope that made sense.
